My recruiting career began 19 years ago and I had no idea where it would take me. Starting off as a recruiter I fell into the security industry and never looked back spending my time focusing on “A” players in Security Sales. After lots of sweat equity was poured into building our niche in an entirely new market, I am proud to say our security practice has expanded to include sales leadership, operations, marketing, and C-level positions globally.
In October of 2016, I took a leap of faith and made the decision to acquire the company. That is when we rebranded to Recruit Group. While much has changed with my role over the years, my core beliefs have stayed the same. My passion is helping candidates launch their careers and directly impacting companies bottom line.
As the CEO of Recruit Group, my mission is simple: To keep learning about ourselves, our markets, and each other. I am extremely proud of the Group we are today and am looking forward to all that lies ahead as we continue to contribute to the growth of our community, our industries, and our people.
I am the Director of our Healthcare Technology practice. We have helped clients identify the most talented Sales, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations individuals across the country from Seattle to Sioux Falls to Miami. I have a passion for finding the hardest to find talent in the hardest to find places!
I believe in helping professionals select strategic career objectives, creating action plans for success, and serving as an accountability partner during career transitions.
